Loyalty wallet Stocard bought by BNPL Klarna

Available in multiple markets around the world including New Zealand, Stocard provides a digital wallet where consumers can store loyalty cards from multiple retailers in one place.

"Stocard has about 350 large loyalty programs in the app – including Flybuys, Woolworths’ Everyday Rewards and MyerOne – and 5 million Australian customers, with user numbers growing by between 70,0000 and 80,000 a month".

Klarna has (in July 2021) bought Stocard for €110m. Stocard is yet to comment about what impact this will have on it's customers.
